How to improve your Fitness

Developing your energy systems:

🔥The RESILIENCE sessions will focus on the energy systems above.

The Resilience sessions will challenge you physically and mentally building a fitter more efficient body.

These sessions will focus on:

  • Improving your endurance and your work capacity, helping you do more work for longer duration whilst also helping your body recover faster from exercise and daily stressors of life.
  • Develop your energy systems especially the aerobic system.
  • work within your heart rate zones with the live Heart rate system we use called MORPHEUS.

Track your improvements

You get access to use your own heart rate monitor in our sessions to best target the right HR zones to help you improve your fitness, also get to use it around your sessions to track your results and watch your fitness levels progress.

  • Morpheus is optional for people who want to use it in the sessions, it’s not essential to use it, although we do advise you if you’re looking to achieve better results with your fitness, health and longevity, it’s best to use it because it helps guide your training to make the correct decisions and helps track your improvements so you know your moving in the right direction
  • Exercises are all catered to suit you and your abilities, they are easy to learn, easy to push yourself on whilst we help you get the best out of the resilience sessions.

What our sessions focus on

The focus of these sessions is to develop your aerobic system.

👉🏻 The aerobic energy system is extremely important for energy production and your ability to recover faster between exercise, training sessions, improve your resting heart rate for longevity.

👉🏻 Within the RESILIENCE SESSIONS it is more complex than just doing HIIT or just slow intensity work alone.

👉🏻 The resilience sessions aim is to train the aerobic system through certain training methods with a variety of exercises and time domains for the best results.

👉🏻 EXTRA BONUS, Parts of the sessions do have some extra areas what we focus on around your fitness, we also include some mobility or core exercises in some sessions. To help you loosen up and strengthen your core.

Why Developing the Aerobic System is Important for Longevity

The aerobic system is one of the most efficient, and important energy systems. It’s the one with the most room for improvement.

The aerobic system has the potential to increase your aerobic capacity and aerobic power.

It also helps the other energy systems in the body recover between efforts. Any exercise over a set amount of time relies on the aerobic system, for sustained energy production.

The fitter you are and the more efficient your aerobic system is, the better your body manages stress, recovers faster, becomes less likely of cardiovascular diseases, and overall becomes healthier improving your longevity.

Where our SGPT sessions focus on improving a wide range of areas such as improving your movements, fitness, strength, muscle building or endurance all in different phases in the programs. The RESILIENCE sessions focus on improving your fitness and developing your RESILIENCE.
